Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, or if a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned, no refund will be issued.

Delays

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We do not automatically refund or replace packages marked as delivered.
